El Congreso del Estado aprobó lo Minuta del proyecto de Decreto enviado por la Cámara de Senadores para adicionar y reformar artículos de la Constitución Política de México, en materia de Guardia Nacional (GN).
Con el apoyo del Grupo Parlamentario del PAN, que días antes había fijado su postura en contra de la propuesta enviada por el Presidente, pues advertía un riesgo de militarización en el país, como preludio a la dictadura de la que han acusado al partido oficialista, el dictamen fue aprobado.
Lo anterior, no sin la oposición de Movimiento Ciudadano (MC), el diputado panista Jorge Soto, y la bancada del PRI, de manera que el dictamen con 25 votos a favor, 7 contra y 0 abstenciones.
El coordinador parlamentario de la fracción de MC, Francisco Sánchez Villegas, sentenció que “ser oposición y rendirse es fallarse a sí mismos y traicionar la confianza de los que ideológicamente piensan como nosotros, los que creen en el gobierno civil y no uno hipermilitarizado”.
Consideró que ceder en este tipo de escenarios, es “traicionar el principio de que en política la coherencia tiene todavía la dignidad del rango ético”.
La fracción de Morena, destacó lo necesario que era darle constitucionalidad a la GN, para su adecuada actuación para resguardar a la población, y aseguró que fuera a implicar el fuero para el personal castrense.
Francisco Sánchez remarcó que este sometimiento del PAN es un acto de traición contra el norte, contra el legado de los héroes de Chihuahua que una y otra vez se enfrentaron a tiranos, a caudillos para defender la soberanía y los valores de Chihuahua.
“Ser oposición y rendirse es fallarle a los cientos de miles hijos del norte que vivieron invasiones y siguieron peleando hasta el último aliento”, expresó.
