Salvador Carrejo Orozco, presidente de Coparmex Chihuahua, manifestó la profunda preocupación del organismo empresarial respecto al Paquete Económico 2025 (PEF), anunciado recientemente por el gobierno federal, el cual consideró es insuficiente para las necesidades de México.
Si bien reconoció el esfuerzo del gobierno federal por no incrementar impuestos ni gastos, el líder empresarial destacó que este presupuesto refleja las graves deficiencias derivadas de una administración financiera irresponsable durante el mandato del expresidente López Obrador, quien -dijo- priorizó objetivos político-electorales sobre la sostenibilidad de las finanzas públicas del país.
“Hoy, las consecuencias de esas decisiones las está pagando la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum, quien enfrenta un presupuesto insuficiente y poco realista desde nuestra perspectiva”, expresó Carrejo.
Entre las principales preocupaciones, el presidente mencionó: la falta de estímulo a la productividad, ya que el Paquete Económico no fomenta las capacidades productivas del país ni atiende las necesidades más apremiantes de la población.
Agregó que hay rubros que enfrentan importantes recortes presupuestales; por ejemplo, la Salud, en donde hay una evidente crisis por la insuficiencia tanto en capacidad como en calidad del servicio. “Este presupuesto no atiende la crisis que se vive en todo México; en lugar de avanzar, se retrocede”, comentó Carrejo Orozco.
En el tema de seguridad, detalló que a pesar de la grave crisis de inseguridad que vive el país, los recursos asignados son insuficientes para implementar estrategias efectivas.
Por otro lado, en cuanto a Educación, dijo que hay un rezago importante generado a raíz de la pandemia, por lo que se requiere un impulso urgente para cerrar las brechas de aprendizaje y garantizar el desarrollo a largo plazo. “Sin embargo, el presupuesto no prioriza este pilar fundamental para el progreso del país”, sentenció.
Por otra parte, dijo que para el 2025 se prevé una débil inversión en obra pública, de la misma forma que se hizo en el sexenio pasado. En ese sentido, explicó que la reducción de los recursos para estados y municipios limita el potencial de la obra pública como detonador económico. “Esto afectará no solo a Chihuahua, sino al desempeño económico general del país”, señaló Carrejo.
En cuanto a proyecciones económicas, dijo que estas son poco realistas, ya que el presupuesto contempla un crecimiento económico de entre 2.5% y 3% para 2025, cifra poco realista debido a la desaceleración económica actual. “Si alcanzamos un 1% o 1.5% de crecimiento, sería optimista; incluso es probable que el próximo año haya revisiones a la baja”, advirtió.
Ante esta situación, el presidente de COPARMEX Chihuahua hizo un llamado a los diputados federales, especialmente a los representantes de Chihuahua, para que realicen un análisis consciente y propongan los ajustes necesarios al presupuesto.
“Es fundamental que este Paquete Económico sea revisado y corregido para garantizar que los recursos lleguen de manera suficiente y justa a los estados, incluyendo Chihuahua. El bienestar de nuestra población y el desarrollo del país dependen de ello”, enfatizó.
COPARMEX Chihuahua reitera su disposición para colaborar con los legisladores y promover un diálogo constructivo que derive en un presupuesto más equitativo, realista y orientado al crecimiento sostenible del país.
