El diputado Cuauhtémoc Estrada, coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario de morena en el Congreso del Estado condenó el fraude en el proceso electoral de personas juzgadoras donde diputados del PRI, PAN, MC, Verde y PT, eliminaron a 94 aspirantes a magistraturas.
Fue el pasado viernes que, con 22 votos a favor, 11 en contra la 68 Legislatura aprobó por mayoría la lista de candidatos a jueces y juezas que participarán en el proceso electoral para renovar el Poder Judicial del Estado, desechando así los listados de aspirantes a magistraturas.
“Un gran fraude está sucediendo en el estado de Chihuahua. Un fraude en el proceso electoral de personas juzgadoras, diputados del PRI, del PAN, MC, Verde y del PT, acaban de eliminar a 94 hombres y mujeres del estado de las personas que fueron evaluadas e insaculadas”, fueron las palabras de Cuauhtémoc Estrada.
El líder morenista detalló que no hay ninguna razón justificada para que lo hicieran, “el único motivo es que son personas incómodas al gobierno de María Eugenia Campos. Esas actitudes van en contra de la esencia de la reforma judicial, en contra de la exposición de motivos de la iniciativa que presentó el expresidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador, que aprobó el Congreso Federal y la mayoría de las legislaturas”.
Enfatizó que desde la bancada de morena no se permitirá tal atropello, por lo que se denunciara el fraude y se ejercerán todas aquellas herramientas lícitas y jurídicas para contrarrestar este abuso que se está cometiendo en el estado de Chihuahua, defendiendo la democracia del Poder Judicial.
