La presidenta de México, Claudia Sheinbaum, publicó “todas las leyes” que recuperan “la esencia” de la expropiación petrolera, cuyo 87 aniversario se conmemora este martes, y dan “preponderancia” a las empresas del Estado, Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) y la Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE).
“Pemex y CFE no deben ser consideradas como monopolio, eso significa que Pemex y CFE tienen preponderancia en la producción de petróleo y la refinación, y en la producción de electricidad, la esencia de la expropiación petrolera de 1938″, declaró la mandataria en un acto conmemorativo en la Torre de Petróleos de la capital.
La gobernante mexicana promulgó las nuevas leyes de la Empresa Pública del Estado de CFE y Pemex, las leyes del Sector Eléctrico y del Sector Hidrocarburos, y las leyes de Planeación y Transición Energética, de Biocombustibles, de Geotermia, y de la Comisión Nacional de Energía.
Con ello, consideró que ya están “todas las leyes secundarias asociadas a la recuperación de Pemex y la CFE”, un proceso que comenzó en 2024, según ella, con la reforma constitucional del expresidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador (2018-2024) que las catalogó como “empresas públicas” en lugar de “productivas”.
