Inscribe Corredor Económico Frontera del Bienestar más del 28% de proyectos del país

La Secretaría de Economía anunció que el Corredor Económico Frontera del Bienestar conformado por los estados de Chihuahua, Coahuila, Tamaulipas y Nuevo León fue el que presentó el mayor número de proyectos con más del 28% del Portafolio de Inversión del “Plan México”.

El titular de la dependencia Marcelo Ebrard Casaubón expuso que actualmente son ya 1,937 proyectos los registrados en los 32 estados de la República Mexicana, concentrando la mayor parte de éstos en la frontera del país, colocándose por encima del total de los 10 corredores económicos existentes.

Lo anterior representa 298 mil millones de dólares de inversión, alrededor del 16% del Producto Interno Bruto (PIB), algunos de los proyectos presentan retos relacionados con el agua, medio ambiente, energía y economía, entre otros.

Al respecto, el encargado del Corredor Económico Frontera del Bienestar Héctor Ochoa Moreno señaló que el porcentaje alcanzado es gracias a los esfuerzos de las constantes negociaciones que tienen como prioridad fortalecer la economía de los estados del norte que cuentan con amplias capacidades de crecimiento.

Cabe destacar que la información presentada forma parte del Portafolio de Inversión del “Plan México” que tiene como objetivo detonar la inversión nacional y extranjera para el desarrollo económico y social del país.
