Chihuahua, Chih. a 12 de abril del 2025 Para evitar que conflictos vecinales escalen al grado de delitos y se conviertan en problemas mayores, la Dirección de Seguridad Pública Municipal (DSPM) pone a disposición de las y los ciudadanos los Centros de Mediación de Justicia Cívica, espacios destinados a la resolución de conflictos que se presentan cotidianamente en la comunidad.
Diariamente se presentan situaciones conflictivas entre vecinos, que muchas veces no pueden ser resueltas por ellos mismos, para lo cual fueron creados dichos centros, como parte del nuevo modelo de Justicia Cívica que fue adoptado en el municipio de Chihuahua en el año 2018.
Gracias a este modelo de ayuda, desde inicios de la presente administración, se han beneficiado 588 personas, derivado de 196 convenios de mediación que no podían llegar a acuerdo, entre los que se encuentran la rehabilitación de parques o áreas en disputa, la recuperación de propiedades invadidas, o problemas tan simples como basuras en banquetas ajenas, fiestas escandalosas constantes, mascotas rescatadas en situación de olvido, entre muchos otros, así lo refirió Liliana Armendáriz, subdirectora de Justicia Cívica del Municipio de Chihuahua.
Ahora con los nuevos mediadores se han evidenciado mejores resultados y más participación de la comunidad para solucionar los problemas que los aquejan diariamente, sin necesidad de llegar hasta el Ministerio Público o a las instancias judiciales correspondientes.
“Una vez que se presenta un conflicto entre particulares y que existe una solicitud de intervención de la autoridad municipal, Justicia Cívica inicia el procedimiento de citación de ambas partes, para, a través de los expertos en mediación con los que contamos, tratar de llegar a acuerdos que beneficien a ambos, por medio de un convenio firmado, en el cual se comprometen a dar cumplimiento a lo pactado”, agregó la funcionaria.
