Chihuahua no hará “copy paste” de la disolución del INAI: De la Peña

– El secretario de Gobierno compartió que el Estado pretende garantizar la existencia de un órgano autónomo que sea la “caja de cristal” en la administración del erario

El Gobierno del Estado de Chihuahua y su mandataria, María Eugenia Campos Galván garantizarán que a pesar de la desaparición del INAI como órgano autónomo, la población chihuahuense disponga de un organismo que brinde el acceso a la información pública.

Así lo comentó el secretario general de Gobierno, Santiago De la Peña Grajeda, respecto a la próxima desaparición del Ichitaip (Instituto Chihuahuense de Acceso a la Información Pública), como resultado de la reforma federal para disolver al Instituto Nacional de Acceso a la Información Pública (INAI). 

“Desde la visión del Poder Ejecutivo, creo que la Gobernadora ya lo ha dicho en varias ocasiones, ella es una convencida del derecho de los ciudadanos a la a la transparencia, y al acceso a la información”, expresó.

En ese sentido, afirmó que “más allá de lo que suceda en el Gobierno Federal”, en Chihuahua tenemos “que hacer más que un ‘copy paste’ de lo que sucedió a nivel federal, pues tenemos que abrir un diálogo muy amplio para saber qué es lo que queremos hacer y cómo vamos a garantizar que este derecho subsista”. 

Como segundo aspecto, el Estado buscará la manera de garantizar ese ejercicio de transparencia y rendición de cuentas, durante “todo el tiempo que sea necesario”.

Recordó que Chihuahua fue pionero en el tema, ya que mucho antes de que se elevara a rango constitucional en el país, aquí ya existía el Ichitaip como organismo público autónomo.

“¿Qué es lo que se tiene visualizado? Queremos seguir consolidando este derecho, habemos quienes creemos que no hay que dar marcha atrás, los ciudadanos nos merecemos que el actuar del gobierno se haga a partir de este concepto de caja de cristal”, afirmó.

“Que los ciudadanos puedan ver y auditar y conocer todos los detalles de en qué se gasta, cómo se obtiene, y en qué se gasta el dinero que se recauda a través de los impuestos y contribuciones”, asentó.
