Sólo en lo que va de 2025 se ha detectado un quebranto al fisco por 5 mil 600 millones de pesos a través de estos esquemas, apuntó.
Durante su comparecencia frente a comisiones de la Cámara de Diputados, la funcionaria detalló que de 2022 a 2025, la Procuraduría Fiscal de la Federación presentó 59 denuncias por un monto defraudado que en conjunto alcanza los 54 mil 698 millones de pesos.
Galeano García desglosó: en 2022 este esquema resultó en un fraude al fisco por 17 mil millones de pesos, en 2023 por más de 21 mil millones de pesos, el año pasado se redujo a 10 mil millones, pero sólo en lo que va de 2025 se tiene registro de 5 mil 600 millones de pesos que ya fueron denunciados.
