Durante el tercer trimestre de 2025, la economía mexicana reporta una contracción de 0.3% respecto al periodo inmediato anterior, de acuerdo con la Estimación Oportuna del Producto Interno Bruto Trimestral, presentada este jueves por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (Inegi).
Al comparar el PIB del periodo julio-septiembre de 2025 contra el mismo periodo del año pasado, hay una contracción de 0.3%, según el Inegi.
La baja se atribuye principalmente a la contracción trimestral de 1.5% en las actividades industriales, mientras que los servicios avanzaron 0.1% y el sector agropecuario creció 3.2% anual.
En lo que va del año, la economía acumula un crecimiento anual de apenas 0.5%, reportó el Inegi.
De acuerdo con el Inegi, la actividad industrial en México cayó 2.9% a tasa anual; el comercio registró un incremento de 0.9% y el campo tuvo un avance de 3%.
