La diputada local de morena, María Antonieta Pérez Reyes informó que el pasado 12 de noviembre, durante la reunión de la Comisión de Asuntos Fronterizos y Atención a Migrantes que ella preside, se votó a favor para exhortar a la Secretaría de Hacienda Federal para que turné al SAT una petición con la cual que se pueda modificar el monto de la franquicia aduanal, para que los fronterizos o residentes de Ciudad Juárez puedan tener un ingreso mayor al paso de mercancías sin el pago de impuestos.
Explicó que actualmente está en 150 dólares todo el año para residentes de la franja fronteriza por persona y 300 dólares por persona a quienes no son residentes; y eventualmente a finales de año por el flujo que tenemos tan importante de los paisanos que regresan a sus lugares de origen para pasar las fiestas navideñas sube a 500 dólares.
“Estamos haciendo un exhorto para que se revise ese monto de franquicia por persona en la zona fronteriza. Hay que aprovechar que el dólar no está tan caro gracias a la estabilidad del peso y cualquier exención de impuestos en franquicias aduanales o en el monto de mercancías que se puedan importar a Ciudad Juárez es un apoyo a la economía de los juarenses”, dijo, María Antonieta Pérez.
La diputada morenista hizo hincapié en que tanto Ciudad Juárez y El Paso Texas, están muy vinculados económicamente y muchas personas consumen de la localidad vecina artículos y productos vitales, como alimentos o ropa o útiles escolares.
Finalmente, Pérez Reyes, agregó que se espera que dicho exhorto se pase al pleno para votación el próximo martes, para que pueda llegar pronto a la secretaria correspondiente Y poder seguir trabajando para que se tome en cuenta la petición.
