Con el firme compromiso de fortalecer la justicia con enfoque humanista y de género, la diputada del Partido Acción Nacional, Nancy Janeth Frías Frías, presentó una reserva al dictamen del Presupuesto de Egresos del Estado de Chihuahua para el ejercicio fiscal 2026, a fin de reasignar recursos públicos para mejorar las condiciones laborales del personal del Centro de Justicia para las Mujeres (CEJUM).
La propuesta plantea la reasignación de 1 millón 927 mil 960 pesos del presupuesto del Instituto Estatal Electoral (IEE) hacia la Fiscalía General del Estado, específicamente al Programa Institucional de Atención a Víctimas, con el objetivo de dignificar los sueldos y salarios del personal que brinda atención integral a mujeres víctimas de violencia.
La legisladora destacó que el CEJUM es una institución clave para garantizar el acceso efectivo a la justicia, ya que su personal —integrado por psicólogas, trabajadoras sociales, abogadas, médicas y profesionales especializadas— realiza una labor altamente sensible, con una importante carga emocional y un profundo compromiso ético.
En este sentido, Nancy “La China” Frías explicó que esta propuesta nace del diálogo, de una reunión y de un trabajo conjunto con el personal del CEJUM, escuchando sus necesidades y entendiendo de primera mano las condiciones y demandas reales de la institución, lo que permitió construir una iniciativa responsable y con sentido humano.
Al respecto, la diputada panista subrayó que esta iniciativa responde a una visión responsable del uso del presupuesto público.
“En Acción Nacional creemos que el presupuesto debe reflejar prioridades humanas. Dignificar el sueldo del personal del CEJUM es reconocer su trabajo y fortalecer la atención que reciben las mujeres que viven situaciones de violencia”, afirmó.
Asimismo, enfatizó que la reasignación propuesta no compromete las funciones sustantivas del Instituto Estatal Electoral.
“Esta reserva no debilita a ninguna institución; por el contrario, fortalece a la Fiscalía General del Estado y envía un mensaje claro: en Chihuahua, la protección de las mujeres y el respeto a sus derechos son una prioridad”, señaló.
Finalmente, la diputada reiteró que garantizar condiciones laborales justas al personal del CEJUM es una obligación del Estado y una acción concreta para consolidar instituciones sólidas, sensibles y cercanas a la ciudadanía.
