El alcalde de Chihuahua Capital, Marco Bonilla, sostuvo una reunión en la Secretaría de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT), con el objetivo de solicitar la entrega al Municipio del tramo carretero que va de la avenida Fuerza Aérea a la entrada del Aeropuerto Internacional de Chihuahua “Roberto Fierro”, a fin de que el Gobierno Municipal se haga cargo de su mantenimiento, limpieza, iluminación y mejoras en infraestructura.
En el encuentro, el alcalde fue recibido por el director de Enlace y Vinculación de la SICT, Aarón Josué Ramos Miranda, a quien expuso la importancia de que dicho tramo sea administrado por el Municipio, para fortalecer la movilidad, la seguridad vial y la imagen urbana de uno de los principales accesos a la ciudad.
Al término de la reunión, Marco Bonilla destacó que esta gestión permitirá al Gobierno Municipal invertir de manera directa en la modernización de esta vialidad estratégica.
“Esta entrega nos permitirá invertir más en infraestructura, mejorar la movilidad de la zona, así como la imagen y la limpieza urbana. Vamos muy avanzados en esta noticia y esperamos que en pocas semanas pueda concretarse”, expresó.
El alcalde reiteró que este tipo de acciones forman parte de la visión de su administración para seguir construyendo una ciudad más ordenada, moderna y con mejores accesos, en beneficio de las y los chihuahuenses, así como de quienes visitan la capital del estado.
