El presidente estadounidense, Donald Trump, anunció este martes la cancelación del diálogo con las autoridades de Irán hasta que “cesen los asesinatos” en las protestas que sacuden al país y aseguró a los manifestantes que la “ayuda está en camino”.
A través de su cuenta de Truth Social, el mandatario aseguró que quienes están agrediendo a la población “pagarán un alto precio” debido a los asesinatos.
“¡Patriotas iraníes, sigan protestando! ¡Tomen el control de sus instituciones! Guarden los nombres de los asesinos y los responsables de los abusos. Pagarán un alto precio. He cancelado todas las reuniones con funcionarios iraníes hasta que cesen los asesinatos sin sentido de los manifestantes”, escribió el mandatario.
