La secretaria de Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, Raquel Buenrostro, confirmó que la dependencia tiene diversas auditorías abiertas, tras el descarrilamiento del Tren Interoceánico el pasado 28 de diciembre, que dejó un saldo de 14 fallecidos y decenas de personas heridas.
En entrevista, luego de encabezar el lanzamiento del Programa Semilleros de la Honestidad, detalló que todas las auditorías están en proceso. Y recordó que desde el año pasado se tenían programadas estas acciones, porque es “parte de nuestra función, porque trabajamos mucho en la prevención, pero también en la corrección”.
La funcionaria señaló que el tren ya se había auditado, y con el descarrilamiento “tenemos varias auditorías abiertas con temas muy específicos, y en su momento iremos informando”.
Indicó que en esta primera etapa de las investigaciones, se están revisando procesos, que se hayan hecho de forma adecuada, y sí identifica que alguno no fue así, ya nos vamos con funcionarios. Por ahora estamos recopilando información, y estamos analizando lo que nos han entregado las autoridades.
En cuanto a la protección de datos en el nuevo registro de líneas telefónicas, detalló que a diferencia del INAI, la secretaría tiene abierta varias denuncias por oficio, lo que “no hacía el anterior INAI, pues sólo actuaba en materia de protección de datos, si antes había una denuncia, y nosotros lo estamos haciendo por oficio”.
Agregó que se realizan investigaciones de todos los casos, incluidos de la empresa Telcel, así como de los funcionarios que “hayan guardado en un cajón las investigaciones para que expirará el proceso”.
