El Gobierno Municipal, a través de la Dirección de Mantenimiento Urbano, informa a la ciudadanía la conclusión de la modernización del alumbrado público con tecnología LED en calles de la colonia Abraham González, como parte de las acciones permanentes para mejorar la iluminación y brindar mayor seguridad a las familias chihuahuenses.
En este sector de la ciudad se sustituyeron 63 luminarias de vapor de sodio por modernas luminarias LED, lo que permitirá contar con una iluminación más eficiente, de mayor calidad y con mejor visibilidad durante la noche.
Con estas acciones se benefician directamente más de 1,257 habitantes de la colonia, de los cuales 675 son mujeres, quienes ahora cuentan con calles mejor iluminadas que brindan mayor seguridad y tranquilidad al momento de salir de sus hogares o transitar por la zona.
Además de mejorar la visibilidad en la vía pública, la tecnología LED ofrece beneficios como mayor durabilidad, menor consumo de energía y una iluminación más clara, lo que contribuye también al cuidado del medio ambiente y a una mejor eficiencia en el servicio de alumbrado público.
El alcalde Marco Bonilla ha destacado que este tipo de acciones son fundamentales para seguir entregando trabajo y resultados a las y los chihuahuenses, al impulsar proyectos que mejoran la infraestructura urbana y la calidad de vida de las familias de la capital.
El Gobierno Municipal reafirma su compromiso de continuar trabajando en la modernización del alumbrado público en más colonias de la ciudad, con el objetivo de contar con calles más seguras, mejor iluminadas y en beneficio de toda la ciudadanía.
