El Gobierno Municipal seguirá construyendo obras de infraestructura para el beneficio de la comunidad juarense, sin contratar un solo peso de deuda, tal y como se ha hecho hasta ahora, dijo el Presidente Cruz Pérez Cuéllar en rueda de prensa.
Asimismo, señaló que estas acciones se hacen aún pagando deudas heredadas, tanto por obra pública, como por diversas cuestiones administrativas, como es el caso de los impuestos que se deben a la federación.
“Notros tenemos récord en obra pública, a pesar de que el presupuesto del municipio es 10 veces más chico en comparación al de Estado y, sin embargo, hemos hecho más obra, incluso que cualquier otra administración sin adquirir un solo peso de deuda”, puntualizó.
Dijo que además, la administración que encabeza ha tenido que pagar cosas que no tienen que ver con el actual periodo, como los impuestos del “Cerecito”, ahora Centro Municipal de Integración Social y Sanciones Administrativas (CEMISSA).
En cuanto a los adeudos relacionados con los impuestos que no se pagaron años atrás, indicó que ya se envió un oficio para solicitar un convenio que, de celebrarse, este ayudaría a reducir el pago de 116 millones de pesos a solo el 25% de la cantidad.
“Ese convenio requiere la aprobación del Gobierno del Estado, el Gobierno Federal ya está de acuerdo, además que ya lo platiqué con el secretario de Hacienda y me comentó que lo platicara con la gobernadora, sin embargo, no hemos tenido oportunidad de verla”, explicó el alcalde.
Comentó que el año pasado se tuvo que pagar alrededor de 100 millones de pesos de impuestos, el cual era adeudo de administraciones anteriores, al parecer, debido a un mal timbrado de la nómina, así como una mala declaración del Impuesto Sobre la Renta; “nosotros eso ya lo corregimos, pero, lamentablemente como municipio nos toca pagar errores de otras administraciones”.
