El Instituto Estatal Electoral de Chihuahua (IEE) firmó un convenio de colaboración con la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE) y la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Estado (SSPE), por medio del cual se garantizará la seguridad de los aspirantes a jueces y magistrados, durante el proceso electoral de junio.
Este acuerdo busca proteger a las y los participantes y asegurar que la contienda se desarrolle en un ambiente libre de riesgos.
La presidenta del IEE, Yanko Durán, destacó que la medida tiene como finalidad proteger de manera oportuna a las y los candidatos, así como garantizar un proceso seguro y transparente.
“Es fundamental que los aspirantes a jueces y magistrados puedan participar en este proceso sin temor a amenazas o actos de violencia”, afirmó.
La SSPE será la encargada de coordinar las acciones de protección y vigilancia, mediante el uso de la Plataforma Centinela durante el periodo, explicó Gilberto Loya, titular de la dependencia.
“La seguridad de los participantes es una prioridad para nosotros. Trabajaremos en estrecha colaboración con el IEE y la FGE, para garantizar que este proceso electoral se desarrolle en un ambiente de paz y legalidad”, señaló.
Por su parte, la FGE se comprometió en brindar el apoyo necesario para prevenir cualquier tipo de amenaza o acto delictivo, que pueda afectar al desarrollo de las elecciones.
