La reforma a la Ley del Issste afectará directamente a 1.5 millones de empleados federales, principalmente docentes, pues trata de aumentar las cuotas laborales, advirtió el coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del PAN en el Congreso del Estado, Alfredo Chávez Madrid, en el marco de las protestas que hay en todo el país.
Explicó que la iniciativa plantea que se calculen las aportaciones, sobre el salario integrado en lugar del salario base, lo que podría triplicar los descuentos actuales, y reducir el ingreso neto del personal del magisterio.
También, contempla elevar la edad de jubilación, a más de 65 años, y con ello afectaría la estabilidad de las trabajadoras, y los trabajadores de la educación, agregó.
“No podemos permitir que una reforma castigue a quienes han dedicado su vida al servicio público y, en especial, a la educación. Elevar la edad de retiro y aumentar sus cuotas es una medida injusta que vulnera sus derechos laborales”, señaló Chávez.
Asimismo, el coordinador panista destacó que la desaparición del fondo de vivienda del ISSSTE representa otro golpe para el magisterio, pues los recursos destinados a créditos para vivienda quedarían en manos del gobierno sin garantizar su correcto uso.
“Morena sigue viendo los fondos de los trabajadores como una caja chica. No basta con aumentar impuestos, ahora buscan apoderarse del ahorro de quienes han trabajado durante décadas”, agregó el diputado.
Chávez reiteró el compromiso del PAN con la defensa de los derechos de los maestros y trabajadores del sector público, exigiendo que cualquier reforma a la Ley del Issste se haga con base en un análisis responsable, que no perjudique su futuro.
“Desde el Congreso del Estado, alzamos la voz en respaldo del magisterio y nos sumamos a su demanda de frenar esta reforma que pone en riesgo su estabilidad económica y su retiro digno”, concluyó el legislador.
