El presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador volvió a arremeter contra Estados Unidos por las diversas opiniones que se han emitido desde diversos sectores del vecino país en contra de la reforma judicial, incluido el embajador Ken Salazar, y lo atribuyó a la “manía de actuar como gobierno del mundo“.
En su conferencia matutina, volvió a recriminar que Salazar haya opinado “sobre un asunto que sólo corresponde decidir a los mexicanos y eso es contrario a nuestros principios constitucionales de no intervención y libre autodeterminación de los pueblos, nosotros somos un país libre, independiente y soberano, y eso fue lo que se les aclaró”, dijo en alusión a la nota diplomática enviada a Estados Unidos tras la declaraciones del embajador.
“Hemos sido nosotros muy respetuosos con todos los pueblos y gobiernos del mundo, no somos injerencistas, imagínate nosotros opinando sobre lo que acontece en Estados Unidos todos los días, en ese sentido hemos llevado muy buena relación”, agregó.
“Lo que sucede es que hay la manía de actuar como gobierno del mundo y no respetar la independencia de la soberanía de los pueblos, las naciones, el respeto al derecho ajeno es la paz”, señaló.
