Alrededor de 5 mil estudiantes de Educación Básica podrán aprender programación de forma virtual y divertida a través de Cuantrix, con el apoyo de 270 docentes en 160 planteles de Chihuahua, Ciudad Juárez y Ojinaga, en el presente ciclo escolar 2024-2025.
En el evento de arranque del programa Cuantrix en Primarias y Secundarias se tuvo la presencia de la directora general de Servicios Educativos del Estado de Chihuahua (SEECH), Teresa de Jesús López Ramírez; el coordinador operativo del programa, Billy Solórzano Acuña; e Imelda Becerra, consejera de la Fechac.
“La programación, la computación y la inteligencia artificial, son herramientas que pueden generar en el alumnado cambios positivos y sembrar en ellos la semilla del conocimiento”, aseveró la directora general de Servicios Educativos del Estado de Chihuahua (SEECH), Teresa de Jesús López Ramírez.
La funcionaria destacó que gracias a la alianza entre la Secretaría de Educación y Deporte (SEyD) y las organizaciones empresariales, se trabaja para incrementar el acceso a las tecnologías por parte de las alumnas y alumnos chihuahuenses.
A su vez, Solórzano Acuña detalló que las maestras y maestros registrarán al estudiantado en la plataforma Cuantrix para realizar actividades en las aulas de cómputo, donde podrán desarrollar un pensamiento crítico con el apoyo de la informática.
Añadió que tanto de manera presencial como virtual, el profesorado recibirá una capacitación con expertos en el tema para brindarles las herramientas necesarias y que adquieran los contenidos del programa para su posterior trabajo con el alumnado.
Kiara Fierro Sosa, estudiante de la primaria Proyecto Montana, quien participó en el piloto de Cuantrix implementado el ciclo pasado expresó: “Este programa nos ha abierto las puertas a un mejor futuro, porque con el paso del tiempo tener habilidades en programación es indispensable en la vida cotidiana”.
