Con la finalidad de establecer los objetivos claros y precisos para el ejercicio de la administración municipal, la Comisión de Hacienda y Planeación analizó y aprobó el Plan Municipal de Desarrollo (PMD) para el trienio del 2024 al 2027.
La aprobación se realizó por mayoría hoy, en la novena Sesión Ordinaria de este órgano colegiado y será presentado en próxima Sesión de Cabildo en el mes de enero, a fin de que sea votado por las y los integrantes del H. Ayuntamiento de Chihuahua.
El PMD contiene las políticas públicas, planes y programas que se van a ejecutar en nuestra ciudad, con lo cual quedan constituidas las decisiones y acciones que se llevarán a cabo desde el Gobierno Municipal en torno a la edificación de “Una ciudad para todas y todos”.
Dicho documento cuenta con la aportación de acciones de ciudadanas y ciudadanos chihuahuenses, quienes a través de la instalación del Comité de Planeación para el Desarrollo Municipal (COPLADEMUN), los Foros de Consulta Ciudadana, tanto de mujeres empresarias como la consulta infantil y de adolescentes, así como las propuestas recibidas en la página de internet del Gobierno Municipal, contribuyeron para la conformación de los siguientes ejes:
1.-Más Seguridad, Paz y Tranquilidad para tu familia.
2.- Más Ingreso y Prosperidad para todas y todos.
3.-Más Calidad de Vida para ti y tu familia.
4.-Ciudad más Funcional, infraestructura, Medio Ambiente y sustentabilidad.
5.-Gobierno que escucha y resuelve, más Transparente, Eficaz y Eficiente.
La directora de Planeación e Innovación Gubernamental, Verónica Rodulfo Borunda, fue la encargada de presentar a las y los asistentes la proyección del PMD, así como sus fundamentos y las herramientas utilizadas para su conformación.
El regidor presidente de la comisión de Hacienda y Planeación, Luis Abraham Villegas Escandón, destacó la gran convocatoria que tuvo la conformación del PMD y el trabajo realizado por las distintas áreas de la administración, así como quienes conforman los diversos sectores de la población, así como el liderazgo mostrado por el alcalde, Marco Bonilla Mendoza, durante la administración anterior para generar confianza y cercanía mediante el cumplimiento de metas y objetivos trazados.
En la sesión asistieron con invitación especial: Olivia Franco Barragán, Síndica Municipal y Amanda Córdova Chávez, Tesorera Municipal y la antes mencionada Directora. Como integrantes de la Comisión de Hacienda y Planeación participaron las y los Regidores: presidente Luis Villegas Escandón (PAN); Isela Martínez, secretaria (PAN): las y los Vocales: Joni Barajas (PAN), Miguel Riggs (MORENA); Ana Lilia Orozco (PRI) y Félix Martínez (PAN).
