El Congreso del Estado aprobó las Tablas de Valores de Suelo y Construcción para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2026 de los municipios de Bachíniva, Camargo, Chihuahua, Galeana, Guerrero, Janos, Juárez, Ocampo, San Francisco de Conchos, San Francisco del Oro.
La diputada Joceline Vega Vargas, en representación de la Comisión de Programación, Presupuesto y Hacienda Pública, comentó que dichos proyectos han sido expedidos por la Autoridad Catastral Municipal, respectivamente, con fundamento en lo establecido por los artículos 22 y 28, fracción XL del Código Municipal para el Estado de Chihuahua, tomando en cuenta que la base de los impuestos es el valor catastral, el cual será el que resulte de sumar el valor del terreno y el de la construcción, debiendo reflejar el valor de mercado del inmueble, atendiendo con ello a lo establecido por los artículos 148 y 149 del Código referido así como por los artículos 22, 23 y 24 de la Ley de Catastro del Estado de Chihuahua.
Asimismo, dijo que los proyectos de Tablas de Valores Unitarios de Suelo y Construcción, entrarán en vigor a partir del primero de enero del 2026, para efecto de lo establecido por los artículos 27, párrafo segundo y 28, fracción I de la Ley de Catastro del Estado de Chihuahua.
Cabe mencionar que dichas tablas, servirán de base para el cálculo de los impuestos que graven la propiedad inmobiliaria.
