La Comisión de Gobernación y Puntos Constitucionales, aprobó el dictamen que expide la “Ley Electoral Reglamentaria de los Artículos 99, 100, 101, 102 y 103 de la Constitución para Elegir Personas Juzgadoras del Estado de Chihuahua”, la cual tiene como objetivo regular los procedimientos de la elección del Poder Judicial, abordando temas como la participación ciudadana, la participación de las autoridades electorales, el registro de candidaturas, las campañas electorales, entre otros.
En reunión celebrada este martes 21 de enero, las y los diputados que conforman la comisión antes mencionada, analizaron la iniciativa en cuestión, así como las propuestas que cada uno de los integrantes presentó y posteriormente aprobaron el dictamen que en los próximos días será votado en el pleno, mediante el cual se decretaría la creación de la citada ley, necesaria para el proceso electoral del presente año en el que se elegirá a quienes ocuparán 305 cargos en el Poder Judicial del Estado.
La ley electoral para elegir personas juzgadoras en el estado está conformada por 146 artículos, divididos en 14 capítulos que abordan todas las disposiciones legales necesarias para llevar a cabo el proceso electoral en nuestro estado. Cabe mencionar que en la elaboración del dictamen de esta ley participaron todas las fuerzas políticas del Congreso Local, pues cada una de las diputadas y diputados de la Comisión de Gobernación y Puntos Constitucionales expresó sus opiniones y propuestas en torno al contenido del documento.
El diputado Guillermo Ramírez, presidente de la comisión, reconoció la apertura y la voluntad política de quienes integran este cuerpo de dictamen legislativo, así como su aportación de conocimientos y elementos técnicos para concretar este instrumento legal. Se prevé que su creación sea aprobada en la Sesión Extraordinaria que se realizará mañana miércoles 22 de enero.
