Las y los regidores del H. Ayuntamiento, aprobaron por unanimidad de votos durante sesión de Cabildo, la creación del reglamento de Desarrollo y Fomento Económico del Municipio, lo cual es una apuesta del Gobierno Municipal por contar con un marco normativo para fortalecer la actuación en materia económica para dar mayor certeza a las inversiones y establecer acciones concretas de coordinación entre los sectores productivos, social, académico y público.
Lo anterior para dar cumplimiento a la Ley de Desarrollo y Fomento Económico para el Estado de Chihuahua que establece la coordinación entre los distintos órdenes de gobierno para fortalecer la competitividad, atracción de inversiones, impulso empresarial, así como el fomento a la innovación y modernización productiva.
Por otro lado, el recién creado reglamento integra estrategias acordes a las necesidades actuales del desarrollo económico del municipio, principalmente a través del desarrollo del talento humano y promoción de la innovación; así como políticas de empoderamiento económico de las mujeres, personas con discapacidad y sectores vulnerables.
Este reglamento contiene 65 artículos que definen los distintos tipos de acciones para lograr los fines establecidos y entrará en vigor tras su publicación oficial en la Gaceta Municipal.
