En su mensaje dirigido a las y los chihuahuense, el alcalde Marco Bonilla hizo un balance de los logros alcanzados durante estos cuatro años de trabajo y resultados, además refrendó su compromiso de seguir construyendo una ciudad más segura, competitiva y humana, “voy por Chihuahua”, afirmó.
“Este gobierno no promete de más, cumple de frente”, enfatizó Bonilla, al subrayar que los avances presentados no son solo cifras, sino acciones y programas que hoy cambian la vida de miles de familias en Chihuahua Capital.
El presidente municipal destacó que la seguridad ha sido la prioridad de la administración, “basta mirar lo que ocurre apenas un poco más al norte del Estado para entender que aquí sí nos la jugamos en serio por la tranquilidad de nuestra gente, y lo hacemos sin pretextos ni excusas”, sostuvo.
En materia de infraestructura, señaló que las obras se han realizado en toda la ciudad, sin distinción de colores o ideologías. Calles, avenidas, parques y espacios comunitarios renovados son, dijo, una muestra de que el desarrollo llega a todos los sectores.
El alcalde recordó que los resultados de Chihuahua Capital son producto de la suma de esfuerzos de una comunidad activa y exigente: “lo que hoy funciona en la ciudad no es obra de un solo hombre, sino de una comunidad madura que alza la voz, que exige cuando algo no está bien y que acompaña cuando quiere mejorar. Esa participación ciudadana es la base de este gobierno”.
Bonilla también reconoció que la crítica es parte fundamental de la vida pública y que no le asustan las críticas, sino que lo fortalecen. “A quienes reclaman con respeto y razón, les escucho. Y a quienes lo hacen por cálculo político, les respondo con hechos, con trabajo y con la filosofía que me ha acompañado siempre: jale mata grilla”.
En un mensaje dirigido a su equipo de trabajo, el presidente municipal llamó a redoblar esfuerzos en la recta final de la administración pues Chihuahua está en una etapa crucial y no hay espacio para el conformismo ni la tibieza. “Aquí vinimos a servir, a trabajar y a dar resultados, no a especular con cargos o tiempos políticos. El compromiso es total con la ciudad y con la gente que confió en nosotros”, expresó.
Asimismo, agradeció a quienes han gobernado antes que él, reconociendo que su labor se construye sobre el trabajo de quienes le antecedieron, como Gustavo, Patricio, Reyes, Alejandro, Juan, Álvaro, Manque, Javier, Eugenio, Jorge y Maru Campos. “Gobernar no es destruir, es edificar con humildad y carácter”, subrayó.
El alcalde agradeció a quienes lo han acompañado en este proceso: a su familia, a su equipo de trabajo y a las y los chihuahuenses que día con día exigen un mejor gobierno, pues este gobierno está pensado para resolver y servir.
Finalmente, Bonilla refrendó su convicción de seguir sirviendo a Chihuahua desde cualquier espacio en el que sea más útil: “Lo que viene para Chihuahua en los próximos meses será mucho mejor. Mi compromiso es claro: cuidar lo que hemos construido, defender nuestra tierra y trabajar con decisión para que la capital siga siendo ejemplo nacional. Lo que viene para Chihuahua en los próximos meses es mucho mejor, les doy mi palabra. Con su respaldo, no les quepa duda, voy por Chihuahua”.
