El diputado Francisco Sánchez Villegas, coordinador de la Bancada Naranja de Movimiento Ciudadano, denunció que los regidores y el alcalde de Ciudad Juárez, emanados de Morena, se negaron a respaldar el llamado para eliminar los impuestos al aguinaldo, rechazando una propuesta de Movimiento Ciudadano que buscaba proteger el ingreso de las familias trabajadoras en la temporada decembrina.
“Es indignante que mientras el Congreso del Estado avanza en una reforma para eliminar el ISR en aguinaldos, horas extra y utilidades, el saqueador gobierno de Ciudad Juárez se aferre a que el régimen siga robando el fruto del esfuerzo de los trabajadores”, declaró.
Francisco Sánchez recordó que el aguinaldo es un derecho conquistado por el esfuerzo del trabajador, no una dádiva del gobierno, y que retener hasta un 35% a través del Impuesto Sobre la Renta representa un saqueo a las familias.
“Los juarenses merecen un gobierno que esté de su lado, no uno que actúe como cobrador del régimen centralista. La negativa de los regidores de Morena y de su alcalde demuestra que no están del lado de los juarenses, sino que están ahí para defender los intereses de Hacienda y del régimen centralista”, señaló.
El diputado chihuahuense remarcó que este punto de acuerdo que se expuso en el cabildo por la regidora de Movimiento Ciudadano, Gloria Mirazo, representaba la oportunidad para que el gobierno de Ciudad Juárez se manifestara en contra del saqueo y urgiera al Congreso de la Unión a aprobar la iniciativa para eliminar el cobro de impuestos en el aguinaldo.
