El presidente de Ecuador, Daniel Noboa aseguró que han sido capturados cerca del 90% de los líderes de las violentas bandas del crimen organizado.
Como parte de la estrategia de seguridad, el mandatario afirmó que contó con apoyo logístico y táctico de Estados Unidos.
“Hubo un cambio estratégico de nuestras fuerzas”, destacó Daniel Noboa en la que precisó que han ido con todo, en estas últimas semanas, y se han destruido pistas aéreas clandestinas.
