Marcela Figueroa, secretaria ejecutiva del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Pública, informó que la extorsión es uno de los delitos de alto impacto que reportó un aumento del 20 por ciento durante septiembre.
Afirmó que este fue el único delito que reportó un incremento, mientras el homicidio doloso, robo, feminicidio, entre otros, registraron una disminución significativa.
Agregó que las denuncias por extorsión por el número 089 tuvo un incremento del 85 por ciento, lo que se traduce en 647 llamadas diarias.
