Con el objetivo de fortalecer la seguridad en Ciudad Juárez, la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Estado (SSPE) busca integrar las cámaras de videovigilancia que ya operan en 250 ubicaciones de parques industriales y empresas al Proyecto Centinela, permitiendo su conexión y sumarlas al programa de Cámaras Ciudadanas.
Esto con el fin de facilitar la vinculación de cámaras privadas de negocios, empresas y parques industriales a la Plataforma Centinela, optimizando la capacidad de monitoreo y la respuesta ante emergencias.
El secretario de Seguridad Pública Estatal, Gilberto Loya Chávez, quien encabezó la reunión, reiteró la disposición del equipo del estado y la colaboración con la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública Municipal (SSPM) para unir esfuerzos en beneficio de la ciudadanía ampliando la cobertura en la ciudad.
En este contexto, SSPE presentó avances del proyecto de interconexión, tanto con cámaras particulares, como con el sistema de videovigilancia de la SSPM; para informar a los representantes del sector privado y empresarios participaron en la reunión del Comité de Videovigilancia Colaborativa de la Mesa de Seguridad y Justicia.
Actualmente, la ciudad cuenta con más de 2 mil 800 cámaras en funcionamiento, fortaleciendo la capacidad de monitoreo y respuesta ante incidentes.
Desde la reunión anterior, se han llevado a cabo diversas acciones para consolidar esta vinculación: Como encuentros semanales para presentar soluciones y dar seguimiento a los acuerdos previos, con personal técnico para desarrollar pruebas de interconexión entre ambas plataformas mantenido comunicación con los proveedores de las dependencias para la implementación de estrategias que permitan la integración de los sistemas.
Asimismo, se abordó la coordinación en emergencias a través de los sistemas de video, con el fin de mejorar la coordinación y tiempos de respuesta entre corporaciones.
Se planteó que las empresas interesadas en conectar al sistema Centinela puedan optar por estaciones de pánico con videollamada y botones de asistencia ciudadana, equipadas con sirena, cámara y botones de alertamiento, reforzando así la seguridad en puntos clave de la ciudad.
Finalmente, se analizaron los indicadores de infraestructura en videovigilancia en Ciudad Juárez, destacando que la Policía del Estado ya ha establecido mecanismos de cooperación que permiten visualizar sus respectivas cámaras con las autoridades municipales.
La reunión se llevó a cabo en la Sala Fundadores de EC Rubio Servicios Legales y contó con la participación César Omar Muñoz, secretario de Seguridad Pública Municipal; Adrián Eduardo Lui Chavira, subsecretario de la Plataforma Centinela; Ángela Sánchez Miramontes, secretaria técnica de la Mesa de Seguridad; Iván Márquez, director de Infraestructura de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública Estatal.
También asistió Lucina Fierro Chávez, directora del CERI de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública Municipal; así como los miembros de la Mesa de Seguridad y representantes de la ciudadanía César Ignacio Ochoa Reyes, Omar Reyes, Carlos Enríquez y Roberto Jardinez.
