Chihuahua ocupa el tercer lugar en la cantidad de sanciones impuestas por faltas administrativas, informó el Auditor Superior Héctor Acosta Félix al participar en el Foro “Retos de la Administración Pública”, organizado por el Instituto y Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Chihuahua.
De acuerdo con el más reciente estudio elaborado por Transparencia Mexicana durante el 2024, la ASE Chihuahua obtuvo 21 sanciones por faltas administrativas graves, sólo por debajo de Zacatecas con 24 y Nayarit con 61.
A nivel nacional refirió Acosta Félix, del 2015 a la fecha se han alcanzado únicamente 173 sanciones administrativas y son estas tres entidades las que aportan más del 50 por ciento de la cifra.
Junto con el Auditor expusieron el Secretario de la Función Pública Roberto Fierro Duarte, el Secretario de Hacienda José de Jesús Granillo Vázquez y la Tesorera Municipal Amanda Córdoba Chávez, cada uno de los cuales enfocó su participación a los retos que por su campo de acción afrontan.
La Tesorera Amanda Cordova abordó el proceso de para la obtención del crédito por 570 millones de pesos realizada del Municipio de Chihuahua para la construcción de tres puentes y gaza sobre Vialidad Los Nogales e Industrias; en Teófilo Borunda y Periférico de la Juventud y el otro en la carretera a Aldama.
Por su parte el Secretario de la Función Pública Roberto Fierro habló de los retos que en el combate a la corrupción tiene a su cargo en medio de la reforma que elimina los organismos autónomos, elección popular del Poder Judicial y la percepción ciudadana de corrupción en todos los niveles de gobierno.
Dentro de su intervención José de Jesús Granillo dijo el reto que tiene el estado para alcanzar un mayor crecimiento de ingresos propios que tenga efectos para el incremento de las participaciones otorgadas.
La presidenta del Colegio, María de Lourdes García Chavero y el vicepresidente David Olivas Ávila quienes encabezaron el evento agradecieron la participación de los ponentes en el panel que formó parte del Diplomado “Contabilidad y Auditoría Gubernamental 2025”.
