Durante la semana del 25 al 31 de agosto, personal de la Subsecretaría de Gobernación realizó 282 inspecciones a establecimientos que expenden y/o comercializan bebidas alcohólicas, con resultado total de 9 clausuras: una en Aldama, una en Janos y siete en Ciudad Juárez.
El objetivo de estas revisiones es asegurar que se cumpla la ley, por lo cual, el Gobierno del Estado exhorta a las y los propietarios de comercios que distribuyen este tipo de bebidas, a cumplir con la normatividad en la materia para evitar sanciones.
Las clausuras fueron las siguientes:
Aldama:
• Tienda de abarrotes “Frutería Primavera”, por acta no atendida
Janos:
• Licorería en tienda de autoservicio “Tecate Six El Entronque”, por violación de giro
Juárez:
• Licorería en tienda de autoservicio “Oxxo Km 21”, por falta de revalidación 2025
• Establecimiento sin denominación, por operar sin permiso
• Tienda de abarrotes “Súper Six La Pradera”, por violación de giro
• Salón de eventos “Terraza De Regina”, por operar sin permiso
• Salón de eventos “Terraza La Playita The Beach”, por operar sin permiso
• Tienda de abarrotes “Can I”, por falta de revalidación 2025
• Salón de eventos “Terraza La Victoria”, por operar sin permiso
