La Secretaría General de Gobierno, a través de la Subsecretaría de Gobernación, informó que del 03 al 09 de febrero de este año, realizó 282 inspecciones a establecimientos que expenden y/o comercializan bebidas alcohólicas, que resultaron en un total de 15 clausuras.
El objetivo de estas revisiones permanentes es asegurar que se cumpla la ley, por lo cual, el Gobierno del Estado exhorta a las y los propietarios de comercios que distribuyen este tipo de bebidas, a cumplir con la normatividad en la materia para evitar sanciones.
Las clausuras fueron la siguientes:
Chihuahua:
- Licorería “Los Mezquites” por acta no atendida
- Tienda de abarrotes “Six La Nube” por acta no atendida
- Licorería “Tres Barricas” por acta no atendida
- Restaurante bar “El Quintal (Maria Titina) por sobreaforo
Delicias: - Tienda de abarrotes “Mateo” por no contar con permiso para la venta de alcohol
Saucillo: - Cantina “Club Mi Oficina” por falta de revalidación 2024
Cuauhtémoc: - Centro nocturno “La Sonaja” por operativo en coordinación con la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública Estatal
Juárez: - Licorería “Licores R.R.” por acta no atendida
- Licorería en tienda de autoservicio “Súper Six Victoria” por la presencia de licor preparado caduco y botellas sin marbete
- Tienda de abarrotes “Six Uramex” por acta no atendida
- Restaurante bar “Gallery Pádel” por acta no atendida
- Cantina “Club Roman´s” por no contar con la revalidación 2024
- Restaurante bar “La Cobachita” por no dar acceso a la inspección
- Cantina “El Nivel” por operar fuera de horario y mostrar copia simple de la licencia de bebidas alcohólicas
- Licorería “Depósito RG” sin permiso para la venta de bebidas alcohólicas
