El director del Servicio de Ciudadanía y Migración, Joseph Edlow, afirmó que el examen actual es “demasiado fácil” y que se necesita un formato más riguroso que evalúe mejor el conocimiento cívico y constitucional de los aspirantes.
Durante un evento este jueves en Washington, organizado por el Centro de Estudios para la Migración, Edlow detalló que los cambios podrían incluir elevar el puntaje mínimo y añadir un ensayo escrito donde el solicitante explique qué significa ser ciudadano estadounidense.
