El Congreso del Estado de Chihuahua, a través de la Comisión de Gobernación y Puntos Constitucionales, convoca a la ciudadanía, organizaciones civiles e instituciones académicas para participar en las Audiencias Públicas 2026 sobre la elección directa a regidurías en el estado de Chihuahua.
El objetivo central de este ejercicio es analizar la iniciativa de ley referente a la elección directa de regidurías por demarcaciones territoriales en el Estado de Chihuahua, garantizando el derecho a la participación ciudadana previsto en el marco legal vigente.
Las audiencias se llevarán a cabo en un horario de 17:00 a 19:00 horas en las siguientes sedes:
- Cd. Juárez: Viernes 6 de marzo de 2026.
Sede: Comisión Estatal de los Derechos Humanos (Av. de los Insurgentes 4327). - Chihuahua: Miércoles 11 de marzo de 2026.
Sede: Comisión Estatal de los Derechos Humanos (Av. Zarco 2427). - Cuauhtémoc: Miércoles 18 de marzo de 2026.
Sede: Instituto Tecnológico de Cd. Cuauhtémoc (Av. Technological 137).
Las personas interesadas podrán presentar peticiones, propuestas o quejas relacionadas con la iniciativa. Cada participante contará con un tiempo de hasta 10 minutos para su exposición, la cual deberá realizarse de manera respetuosa y ordenada. Al inicio de su intervención, los ciudadanos deberán identificarse plenamente y mencionar a la institución que representan, en su caso.
