Durante la jornada se llevó a cabo el corte de maleza, poda formativa de árboles y retiro de residuos, acciones que contribuyen a la conservación de las áreas verdes y al buen uso de los espacios públicos, señaló Daniel Zamarrón Saldaña, titular de la dependencia.
Dijo que las labores forman parte del mantenimiento permanente que la dependencia realiza en parques y jardines de la ciudad, con el objetivo de fortalecer la convivencia vecinal y el cuidado del entorno urbano.
El funcionario comentó que la Dirección continuará trabajando en distintos sectores para mantener en óptimas condiciones los espacios recreativos al servicio de la ciudadanía.
También pidió a los vecinos sumarse al cuidado de estos espacios, evitando tirar basura, respetando las áreas verdes y reportando cualquier daño, ya que la colaboración ciudadana es clave para mantener los parques en buenas condiciones.
