Las indagatorias del caso estuvieron a cargo de la Unidad Especializada en Investigación de Delitos contra la Seguridad, Libertad Sexual y la Familia, en el municipio de Delicias.
Ante el cúmulo de evidencias expuestas por la representación social, el ahora sentenciado aceptó su responsabilidad penal en un procedimiento especial abreviado para recibir de un Juez de Control del Distrito Judicial Morelos, la sentencia de cárcel y la resolución que lo obliga a pagar la cantidad de 80 mil 553 pesos por reparación del daño.
Gracias al trabajo realizado por personal del Ministerio Público e investigadores, se logra ofrecer a las víctimas menores de edad no solo su seguridad física, sino también el bienestar de una vida digna y de calidad.
