La diputada federal por Chihuahua, Lilia Aguilar Gil (PT), defendió la reforma al Infonavit, en la que gobierno federal administrará el ahorro de las y los trabajadores, para que una inmobiliaria que crearán construya vivienda.
Explicó que ”ahora sí se hará justicia a las personas trabajadoras de México, por fin, se hará justicia, primero porque se va a incrementar la construcción de vivienda a través de un facilitador, que será la constructora como una filial del INFONAVIT”.
Aguilar Gil aseguró que no es lo mismo, y que la confusión se debe a la intención de desinformar que ha mostrado la oposición, quienes “inclusive mostraron gran desconocimiento en el tema”.
“Hay que aclarar algo, el Infonavit es un fondo que es el dinero de los trabajadores, más el dinero de los patrones, más el dinero que se da a través del Gobierno, que permite que las personas trabajadoras puedan acceder a créditos y obtener una vivienda adecuada, más fácilmente”, aseguró.
Enfatizó que las y los trabajadores no estarán “obligados” a comprar y elegir solo las viviendas que construyan las constructoras afiliadas con el gobierno.
Tal desarrolladora -insistió-, únicamente va a ser, un “puente entre las constructoras, para evitar la corrupció,n donde se exentaban los pagos de derechos y de muchas otras cosas, además se está transparentando y sobre todo eficientando la administración del fondo”.
Además, evitará la “doble burocracia”, pues “se están creando estos fondos que permiten que haya construcción económica, ya que hace 6 años que no se construían en el país”.
