El Órgano de Administración Judicial (OAJ) declaró su instalación luego de que fueran nombrados sus integrantes por el pleno de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN) en la madrugada de este martes.
Los nueve ministros del Alto Tribunal designaron en sesión privada a Lorena Josefina Pérez Romo, Catalina Ramírez Hernández y a José Alberto Gallegos Ramírez.
Esos tres perfiles se unen a Surit Berenice Romero, nombrada por el Senado, y Néstor Vargas Solano, designado por la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum.
De los tres nombres aprobados por unanimidad por los nuevos ministros, Catalina Ramírez Hernández y José Alberto Gallegos tienen nexos con el ministro presidente Hugo Aguilar Ortiz.
Gallegos Ramírez fue coordinador general de Administración y Finanzas en el Instituto Nacional de los Pueblos Indígenas, dependencia en la que trabajó Aguilar Ortiz antes de participar en la elección judicial.
Luego de su paso por el INPI, Gallegos Ramírez se desempeñó como director de Administración y Finanzas del Instituto para Devolver al Pueblo lo Robado (INDEP).
