A través de la Tesorería, el Gobierno Municipal interpuso una demanda contra los organizadores de la Feria Juárez por no pagar la cantidad acordada en el contrato.
El alcalde Cruz Pérez Cuéllar comentó que de los tres millones que se tenían que pagar solo se cubrió uno, recursos que fue utilizado en los programas de asistencia del Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia del Municipio (DIF).
“La Tesorería presentó una demanda para exigir ese recurso, pero como no se puede dejar sin becas a los niños, se hizo una ampliación presupuestal para cerrar el año”, dijo.
El alcalde agregó que cuando se hizo el convenio, ellos se obligaron a entregar una cantidad que era de por lo menos 3 millones y solo entregaron uno, el cual está acreditado a qué estancias se les otorgó, pero no fue la cifra total.
“No hubo comunicación con ellos, sé que hubo problemas, pero finalmente nosotros, independientemente si tuvieron o no dificultades, se firmó un convenio y tenemos que hacerlo valer”, resaltó.
