El secretario del Ayuntamiento, Héctor Rafael Ortiz Orpinel, confirmó que el Gobierno Municipal no mantiene adeudos ni observaciones pendientes ante la Auditoría Superior de la Federación, lo que respalda la correcta aplicación de su presupuesto.
El funcionario señaló que la administración municipal obtuvo el 100 por ciento de acreditación en materia de transparencia y rendición de cuentas, al solventar en su totalidad las auditorías federales correspondientes a las cuentas públicas 2023 y 2024.
La semana pasada, el contralor municipal, Jorge Gutiérrez Casas, dio a conocer en conferencia de prensa que en el ejercicio 2023 la revisión derivó en nueve observaciones, de las cuales siete fueron solicitudes de aclaración por un monto aproximado de 716 millones de pesos, mismas que fueron atendidas en tiempo y forma hasta quedar totalmente solventadas.
Precisó que las primeras respuestas se presentaron el 10 de octubre y el 17 de diciembre se recibieron los oficios donde se dieron por solventadas las observaciones, mientras que el 20 de octubre se notificó el resultado del último pliego, quedando cerrada la cuenta pública 2023 sin pendientes.
En cuanto al ejercicio 2024, indicó que la reorganización administrativa y el fortalecimiento de los procesos internos permitieron atender de manera ágil los requerimientos del órgano fiscalizador federal, logrando solventar completamente la revisión practicada el año pasado.
Añadió que el 17 de febrero se publicó el resultado de la auditoría 2024, en el que se establece que el Municipio de Juárez no presenta observaciones pendientes ante la autoridad fiscalizadora.
Al respecto, Ortiz Orpinel destacó esta mañana que la información puede consultarse de manera pública en la plataforma oficial de la Auditoría Superior de la Federación, lo que brinda certeza a la ciudadanía sobre el manejo responsable de los recursos por parte del Gobierno Municipal.
Subrayó que estos resultados forman parte del trabajo coordinado que encabeza el Presidente Municipal, Cruz Pérez Cuéllar, junto con la Contraloría y las áreas administrativas del Ayuntamiento.
