La noticia se dio a conocer, luego de que en redes sociales se difundieran supuestas imágenes de la propiedad de César Peniche donde se observa a un grupo de personas desocupando el domicilio.
Sin embargo, luego de lo antes citado y lo respuesta de Jáuregui Moreno, hasta el momento, ninguna autoridad han emitido una postura oficial sobre la causa del movimiento.
