Para armonizar la reforma al Poder Judicial, en el Congreso de la Unión hay seis leyes secundarias, entre ellas una propuesta de la ley de amparo, por ese motivo, la Consejera Jurídica, Ernestina Godoy, detalló las propuestas.
Se trata del Código Nacional de Procedimientos Penales, Ley Federal Contra la Delincuencia Organizada, Ley Federal de Procedimiento Contencioso Administrativo, Ley de Amparo Reglamentaria de los artículos 103 y 107 de la Constitución, Ley Orgánica del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa y el Código Fiscal de la Federación.
Dijo que el juicio de amparo está garantizado en la Constitución, y agregó que la misma no se modifica (…) actualmente el juicio de amparo es tardado, lleno de tecnicismos y vacíos legales (…) por ello es fundamental una reforma que dé paso a una justicia efectiva.
