La audiencia constitucional del Proyecto del Relleno Metropolitano de Mápula, programado para el 21 de abril, fue diferida hasta nuevo aviso, aseguró Roberto Fuentes, secretario del Ayuntamiento.
”Fuimos informados sobre el diferimiento de la audiencia que estaba programada para el 21 de abril, toda vez que el peritaje tercero que debe aportar el propio Primer Juzgado de Distrito, aún no se encuentra terminado”, comentó.
Sin embargo la audiencia incidental sigue en curso para este viernes 25 de abril, confirmó el funcionario del Municipio. Recordó que próximamente estarán informando sobre la nueva fecha de la audiencia constitucional.
