Con el objetivo de mejorar la formación academica de más de 7 mil estudiantes de 48 escuelas federales y estatales de Chihuahua y Ciudad Juárez, la Secretaría de Educación y Deporte (SEyD), junto con Servicios Educativos del Estado de Chihuahua (SEECH) y el sector empresarial, realizó la donación de 185 computadoras.
La entrega se efectuó en la Escuela Primaria Rotaria No.2 Nayo Revilla, como parte del programa Cuantrix de Fundación Televisa, en alianza con Fundación Coca-Cola México y la Fundación del Empresariado Chihuahuense (Fechac).
Cuantrix se implementará en al menos 90 escuelas durante el presente ciclo escolar, para fortalecer el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, ampliar el acceso a herramientas tecnológicas para niñas y niños, impulsar la innovación educativa y contribuir en la reducción de la brecha digital.
El subsecretario de Educación Básica, Lorenzo Arturo Parga Amado, dijo a las y los estudiantes que la tecnología ha evolucionado en la historia reciente y ha causado un impacto en la vida de las personas y su educación.
La directora general de SEECH, Teresa de Jesús López Ramírez, mencionó que las computadoras les ayudarán a estar a la vanguardia de todos los nuevos programas y procesos necesarios.
La funcionaria hizo además un llamado al alumnado a hacer uso responsable de estas herramientas, cuidarse de los peligros en las redes y aprovecharlas para desarrollar su máximo potencial.
La coordinadora general de Cuantrix, Ilse Álvarez, explicó que esta iniciativa surgió para impulsar la formación docente en áreas como la inteligencia artificial y el pensamiento computacional.
“Acompañamos a las maestras y maestros durante todo el ciclo escolar para que el conocimiento permee en las aulas y los estudiantes sean los principales beneficiarios”, señaló.
