EFE.— Dinamarca experimentó este jueves una caída masiva de la red móvil y fallos en el ferrocarril debido a problemas con el sistema de señalización digital, si bien por ahora las perturbaciones no parecen estar motivadas por un ciberataque, informó el Centro de Seguridad Cibernética del país (CFCS) en un comunicado.
“Como autoridad en el área de las telecomunicaciones, el CFCS está siguiendo de cerca la situación”, indicó la autoridad nacional de seguridad informática y servicio de seguridad de redes.
El jueves, TDC, el mayor proveedor de telecomunicaciones de Dinamarca, “no tenía motivos para creer que las interrupciones pudieran deberse a ciberataques”, recalcó además el CFCS.
Lasse Bjerre Sørensen, director de Comunicación de la empresa, dijo que los problemas se deben probablemente a un error técnico interno relacionado con una actualización, y no a algo externo y que el servicio está siendo restablecido y volverá completamente a la normalidad.
TDC informó el jueves por la tarde de que experimenta interrupciones operativas en la red móvil de la empresa en todo el país.
Las perturbaciones operativas también dificultaban la llamada al número de los servicios de emergencia 112 en la red móvil de TDC.
Según la agencia Ritzau, esto ha supuesto que varios distritos policiales hayan enviado todos los coches patrulla a la calle.
Banedanmark, responsable de los ferrocarriles daneses, también se vio afectado por interrupciones en el sistema de señalización digital en algunas partes del país.
El organismo perteneciente al Ministerio de Transporte de Dinamarca, informó que se está trabajando para identificar la causa.
“El CFCS no tiene constancia de que ambos incidentes estén relacionados”, recalcó la agencia de ciberseguridad danesa.
No obstante, Danske Statsbaner (DSB o Ferrocarriles Estatales Daneses), que opera el transporte de pasajeros en las principales líneas ferroviarias del país) informó que los problemas con la red móvil de TDC han afectado al despliegue de los trenes.
Según el diario The Copenhague Post, se han suspendido los trenes en gran parte de Jutlandia debido a los problemas con el sistema de señalización digital de Banedanmark.
Este medio indicó que la interrupción pone de manifiesto los problemas que plantea la transición de la señalización analógica a la digital en Dinamarca, un proyecto que pretende implantarse en todo el país en 2033. Una vez completado, Dinamarca será el primer país en adoptar plenamente sistemas digitales para las operaciones ferroviarias.
El CFCS señaló que, si bien sigue de cerca la situación, de momento se remite a la información de TDC y Banedanmark sobre las perturbaciones operativas.
