El diputado local Oscar Avitia Arellanes, integrante del Grupo Parlamentario de morena, arrancó con la entrega de su informe de actividades legislativas en la colonia Galeana de Ciudad Juárez, con el fin de rendir cuentas, con profundo amor y respeto a quienes le brindaron su confianza.
El legislador indicó que visitará colonia por colonia, casa por casa, y persona por persona de distrito 03; “En nuestro informe, nosotros vamos al encuentro con la gente, para escuchar también lo que nos tengan que decir”, apuntó.
Durante su recorrido, el morenista indicó que en el periodico podrán encontrar información sobre las iniciativas y gestiones que ha realizado desde el Congreso a favor de la educación, transporte, deporte, entre otros temas trascendentales y sobre todo del trabajo legislativo que se ha materializado para beneficio de las y los habitantes de Ciudad Juárez y del resto del estado.
En materia de educación enumeró varias de sus propuestas, entre las que destacan: establecer un presupuesto progresivo para este rubro; una reforma al artículo 802 del Código Administrativo para actualizar el ingreso y promoción del personal que labora en escuelas formadoras de docentes; promover la Democracia participativa en las aulas de todas las escuelas del estado; personal de psicología en los centros educativos para cuidar la salud mental y emocional de las y los estudiantes; La ley de educación digital, entre otros asuntos.
Respecto al tema de transporte se reporta que actualmente se está analizando la tarifa única para estudiantes, gracias a una reforma de ley que presentó. Expone que se logró conseguir un presupuesto histórico en transporte público, con un aumento de 215.6 millones de pesos para ese rubro, luego de la lucha que emprendió el movimiento de regeneración nacional por que se garantice el Derecho a la movilidad.
Por otra parte, manifestó que una de las premisas de su labor es “más territorio menos escritorio”, por consiguiente, ha visitado de manera permanente su distrito, con el fin de escuchar, atender y respaldar las demandas de las y los juarenses en lo que va de la legislatura.
En dicho peridico detalló que a través de asambleas con vecinas y vecinos, se han logrado importantes gestiones para la comunidad, asi como entrega de útiles escolares a niñas, niños y adolescentes; En colaboración con la ciudadanía llevó a cabo la rehabilitación de parques y áreas comunes y realizó diversos festejos conmemorativos para promover la convivencia y la unión entre la comunidad y sobre todo el apoyo a las escuelas.
También recordó que ante las intensas lluvias que se registraron en el municipio fronterizo, se puso a disposición de las familias afectadas, con el fin de gestionar atención urgente para la población damnificada, además de solicitar al Gobierno del Estado que emitiera una declaratoria de emergencia, solicitando se destinaran los recursos y apoyos necesarios a fin de reparar los daños y construir la infraestructura necesaria para prevenir futuras contingencias.
Por último, el congresista reiteró su agradecimiento y compromiso con las y los habitantes del distrito 03: “somos y seremos eco de las exigencias del pueblo de Ciudad Juárez y los 67 municipios” expresó.
