Este 1 de marzo de 2025, se llevó a cabo la Sesión Solemne de inicio del Segundo Período Ordinario de Sesiones, dentro del primer año de ejercicio constitucional, en el cual se hizo la entrega del Tercer Informe sobre el estado que guarda la administración pública estatal a cargo de la Maestra María Eugenia Campos Galván, de manos del Licenciado Santiago De la Peña Grajeda.
La sesión se realizó en el Recinto Oficial del Poder Legislativo con la presencia de las y los diputados, la titular del Poder Judicial del Estado, la magistrada Myriam Victoria Hernández Acosta y el Licenciado Santiago De la Peña Grajeda, en representación de la Maestra María Eugenia Campos Galván, Gobernadora Constitucional del Estado de Chihuahua.
Cabe mencionar que una vez recibido el informe, la Presidencia de la Mesa Directiva lo turnará a una Comisión Especial, la cual se integrará en la siguiente sesión para que dentro del término de cuarenta y cinco días naturales emita su opinión al Pleno, sin que contenga pronunciamientos de carácter político.
Finalmente dentro del acto solemne, se entonó el Himno del Estado de Chihuahua y se procedió a la clausura de la sesión, marcando así el inicio oficial del trabajo legislativo en este nuevo período.
