Ni César Duarte ni Javier Corral se comportan conforme a su realidad, pues mientras uno todavía está bajo proceso judicial, el otro dejó una deuda sumamente onerosa para el Estado, en un contrato que firmó en “lo oscurito” con un despacho de abogados de Estados Unidos.
Así lo declaró el secretario general de Gobierno, Santiago De la Peña Grajeda, luego de las declaraciones mediáticas de ambos exgobernadores, respecto a las denuncias penales que el ahora senador por Morena hizo en contra del expriísta.
Respecto a César Duarte Jáquez, De la Peña señaló que si bien la Constitución y la legislación penal le dan la oportunidad de continuar con este procedimiento en libertad, finalmente aún está bajo proceso.
“Creo que se requiere un poco más de prudencia en el tema…me parece que algunos de los videos que han circulado los últimos días, pues no representan lo que como sociedad quisiéramos ver en el comportamiento de una persona pública, que está siendo todavía procesada por algunos algunos actos que le fueron señalados del desempeño su administración como gobernador del estado”, expresó.
Sobre Javier Corral Jurado dijo que “no merece ninguna ninguna declaración”, ya que desde la postura del expanista, siempre “que le sale algo mal, la culpa la tiene alguien más. Yo jamás lo he escuchado a él reconocer, el que por sus omisiones, que por que por no hacer las cosas o por hacerlas mal, la culpa pudiera asumirla él mismo”.
Mencionó que al parecer ya “se le acaban las excusas”, pues el último revés judicial que sufrió, fue del Poder Judicial de los Estados Unidos, y a este no podrá acusarlo de actuar bajo presión del Gobierno del Estado que encabeza María Eugenia Campos Galván.
De todo ello, resaltó que lo más preocupante es que detectaron la existencia de un contrato firmado por un despacho de abogados de los Estados Unidos, que es “altamente oneroso para el Estado”.
Además, este no fue reportado en ninguna instancia, en la etapa de la entrega-recepción de la administración estatal a su cargo: “pero parece que ese contrato se firmó el oscurito, es muy oneroso, como les digo, para los chihuahuenses, para el Gobierno del Estado, y nadie nadie tenía conocimiento de eso”.
Reclamó que Javier Corral “regalara” dinero de esa manera, en “su obsesión por perseguir a este señor Duarte”, y con ello “ahora resulta que la culpa, otra vez, es de alguien más”.
“La gran pregunta es: si no hay elementos legales o él no fue capaz de probar los elementos legales, ¿Por qué tendría el Pueblo de Chihuahua que pagarle a unos abogados que este señor contrató? Ojalá él más bien comentara sobre eso y sacar el dinero de su bolsa”, subrayó.
Dijo desconocer el monto exacto del contrato, y solo sabía que era muy caro, por lo que “amos a ver cuánto nos cuesta estas decisiones tomadas con el hígado”.
