La Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Estado (SSPE), a través de la Subsecretaría de Movilidad, exhorta a la ciudadanía a conducir con las debidas precauciones ante la presencia de lluvias en el territorio estatal.
Según los reportes de la dependencia, tan solo el pasado 30 de julio, la línea de emergencias 9-1-1 registró 35 accidentes viales a causa de las precipitaciones pluviales, siendo principalmente choques alcance.
Por lo anterior, la SSPE llama a la población a respetar los límites de velocidad, así como los señalamientos, para lograr así disminuir los accidentes, sobre todo en las principales avenidas, en donde el número de incidencias es mayor.
La Policía Vial continúa con los esfuerzos en temas de vigilancia, control de tráfico y atención en sucesos, ya que ante la presencia de extrema humedad, el despliegue de oficiales es indispensable.
Estas acciones se realizan como parte de la estrategia Centinela, con el objetivo de mantener la seguridad para las y los chihuahuenses.
