El Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción exige al Senado entregar información sobre Adán Augusto López en el caso de “huachicol fiscal”
El Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción (SNA) reiteró su solicitud al Senado de la República para obtener las declaraciones patrimoniales y fiscales de Adán Augusto López Hernández, actual senador de Morena, como parte de una investigación por presunto huachicol fiscal.
Vania Pérez, presidenta del Comité de Participación Ciudadana, denunció que la petición fue censurada al eliminarse de las redes oficiales del SNA y que hasta ahora el Senado no ha respondido a la solicitud formal.
“Queremos transparencia y rendición de cuentas. No se trata de una opción, es una obligación”, advirtió Pérez, quien también señaló que dentro del propio Comité hubo resistencias para difundir el comunicado.
El organismo anticorrupción insistió en que mantendrá la investigación abierta y denunciará la opacidad institucional.
